I’m the founder of JM Creative Consulting, and I’ve spent 30 years working with contractors, nonprofits, and businesses of all kinds — watching operational inefficiencies quietly cost owners time, money, and peace of mind.

My background is hands-on. I’ve led multimillion-dollar projects, worked inside growing organizations, and built systems from the ground up. What I know for certain is that most businesses don’t have a motivation problem — they have a structure problem. Processes that evolved by accident. Roles that got assumed, not assigned. Days that stay busy without moving the needle.

That’s where I come in.

I work directly with business owners to uncover what’s slowing things down, clarify what needs to change, and build practical systems that make running the business easier — and more profitable. No theory. No generic frameworks. Just clear-eyed assessment and solutions that actually fit how you operate.

Outside of work, I’m a proud University of Florida alum and lifelong Gators fan. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll probably find me cheering on UF sports or spending time with my two dogs — who are, without question, my everything.
